Customer Service Agent

Responsibilities:

• Provide information and technical support to customers and sales representatives about our products, orders and back orders
• Process daily in the system: placement of orders, authorized exchanges and order of our «quickships» wheelchair
• Communicate with the representatives / production team for any relevant information related to the client's needs

Qualifications:

• Being perfectly bilingual, both orally and in writing
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Goal-oriented focus
• Customer satisfaction oriented
• Knowledge of the product
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Office suite

Schedule: Evening shift (10h30-19h)

** The training will be from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (approximately 4 months)

Job type: Full time, Permanent

Salary: $ 19.15 per hour
