Order Entry Agent

Responsibilities:

• Codification and identification of orders received (by fax or email) in our system, according to the established procedure
• Process daily in the system: chair orders / submissions
• Distribution and / or processing of emails received in various inboxes
• Validate the data entry to ensure the correct destination of the request
• Deal with missing information, if necessary, by calling the customer

Qualifications:

• Perfect bilingualism, French and English, oral and written
• Customer satisfaction / need oriented
• Ease of learning
• Excellent ability to concentrate (processing a multitude of information)
• Office suite

Evening shift: 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $ 17.00 per hour
